Blueberry Rocky Road

Ingredients

  • 500g dark chocolate
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts (or nut of choice), chopped
  • 1 cup toasted coconut marshmallow
  • 1 cup Früzo Blueberries
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler on the stove top.
  2. Once melted, add nuts, salt, marshmallow and blueberries.
  3. Stir until all combined and chocolate has coated everything.
  4. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate until set.
  5. Cut into squares.
