Christmas Brownie Trees
Ingredients
- 250g dark chocolate
- 85g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup Früzo Raspberries
- ½ cup white chocolate
- 1 cup green buttercream
- Candy canes and candy balls for décor
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170°c.
- In a bowl, mix add chopped dark chocolate and butter.
- Melt together and stir until smooth.
- Add sugar and eggs, and mix well.
- Add flour and cocoa, and mix well.
- Stir in raspberries and white chocolate pieces.
- Pour into a lined tray and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until baked through.
- Once baked, allow to cool.
- Cut brownies into triangles, pipe green buttercream and decorate. Use candy canes for the base of the tree.
