Coconut Strawberry Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup Früzo Strawberry
- 1 ¼ cup condensed milk
- 3 ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- 300g dark chocolate
- Freeze-dried strawberry for decoration
Directions
- Bring strawberries to room temperature and puree
- In a bowl mix together coconut, icing sugar, and condensed milk
- Add strawberry and mix well
- With hand mold coconut into a chocolate bar shape and place on tray
- Place bars in freezer until set firm
- Melt chocolate, dip coconut bars in chocolate and place on tray, and dust with freeze dried strawberries
