Frozen Nougat Parfait

Ingredients

  • 500 grams smooth cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 ½ cups Früzo Tropical Fruit
  • ½ cup roasted and chopped almonds
  • 150 grams nougat

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
  2. In another bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Slowly fold whipped cream into cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Add Früzo Tropical Fruit, nuts and nougat, and fold carefully.
  5. Spoon mixture into a lined loaf tin.
  6. Freeze overnight.
