Ganache Filled Bunnies

Ingredients

  • 250 grams dark chocolate melted
  • 50 grams Früzo mixed berries
  • 200 grams white choc
  • 80 grams cream
  • Bunny mold

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine chopped white chocolate and cream
  2. Microwave in 1min intervals, stirring until chocolate is melted well-combined
  3. Stir in mixed berries, set aside to cool
  4. Put chocolate in bunny mold of choice. Once set, fill with ganache and cover with more melted chocolate
  5. Take chocolate bunnies out mold
