Nutella & Strawberry Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients
- 12 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¾ cup nutella
- ¼ cup Früzo Strawberries finely chopped
- Oil for frying
- Strawberries for Garnish
- Whipped cream for Garnish
Directions
- Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes from bread
- 2 slices of bread for 1 heart French toast
- In a bowl combine nutella and strawberries
- Spoon nutella on top 1 side of heart and sandwich close with another heart shaped bread
- Repeat process
- In a bowl whisk together eggs, cream and vanilla
- Dip sandwiched bread hearts in to egg mixture
- Coating both sides
- Fry In some oil until each side is golden brown
- Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, strawberries and whipped cream
